Radio Flyer Pathfinder Wagon – Perfect Wagon For The Kids

Product review of radio flyer pathfinder wagon.

For decades, children have been pulling bright red Radio Flyer wagons behind them, giving rides to stuffed animals and little brothers. Like all good things, the wagon has seen some changes over the years, and the new Pathfinder Wagon from Radio Flyer is every child’s dream. Using a specially designed plastic shell and new flip-up seats, the wagon can convert from a versatile storage center to a comfortable ride for two in a matter of seconds. When the seats are up, they become chair-backs for two riders, and when the seats are down, the space underneath can be used for storage while still leaving room for the kids on top.

The wagon come in its traditional red color and has four cup holders that are accessible when the seats are in either position. The Pathfinder also has a “smart” front axle that prevents the wagon from tipping over, like in the old days, and two seatbelts to keep the little ones in place. This wagon has won numerous top awards from organizations like the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio and the National Parenting Publication, so parents can be confident that this wagon is built to last. It does require some assembly, so be forewarned. The relationship between a child and their wagon is a special one, so go with a trusted model like the Radio Flyer Pathfinder Wagon.

Customer reviews are a great way to research a product and find out if it truly delivers. Here are a few reviews from owners of the Radio Flyer 2700Z Pathfinder Wagon.

This is a fantastic wagon! I had searched the internet looking for the best wagon re: durability, comfort, capacity, price AND SAFETY. This is the only one that keeps your children securely in the wagon– providing a seat belt complete with between-the-legs strap. It handles very well both pulling and pushing, and takes corners without a hint of tipping. The handle stays upright when you’re not moving and doesnt pinch little fingers. The area between the wheels and the wagon is large enough for fingers to pass freely without pinching either. The wheels are quiet, and the cup holders have been a big hit for my three kids. Although it technically seats two, all three of my boys, (ages 4, 3, and 1 yr) have ridden in it at the same time—and it was still easy to move! I love this wagon and strongly recommend it!

My son just received this wagon for his birthday after using my sisters at the zoo. We put my niece and my son in this wagon along with their sippy cups and some food. We hauled them around in this wagon at the zoo for HOURS!!! They had a ball. They loved being able to move around and not be confined to a stroller. I like this wagon better than the original Radio Flyer because the sides are higher so they don’t have to hold on for dear life while riding and also the plastic won’t burn them in the heat like the other wagon. I love the fact that it has seat belts to keep them buckled in so they can’t stand and fall out. I love how the seats fold down so that you can haul other things or let a child lay down.
