I ordered this playhouse a few weeks ago for my 3 year old and 18 month old. They love it. The 3 yr. old wants to sleep in it every night. We read books in it, have tea in the screened in patio, play with toys in it. It is a great playhouse that can go outside or in and can travel!! I also had trouble getting it to fold down compactly. I called 1-888-PLAYHUT and they walked me through it over the phone. It is so easy, the written directions are hard to follow. The customer service department was very friendly and helpful.

This playhouse is great. My five year-old and two year-old adore it. It’s a special place to call their own. Their imaginations just take off when they walk inside it. There is SO MUCH room! We set it up on our deck, which is up high off the back of our townhouse. We remove it if it is going to rain. I didn’t give it 5 stars for durability because I am definitely going to be careful with it, whereas the big plastic play houses are far more durable and can be left outside. I have no trouble collapsing the house flat and leaning it up against a wall somewhere until the weather clears up. (I can’t imagine why I would want to collapse it down into the size of an X-Large pizza, but we’ll see.) So I have no complaints about it’s design or dimensions.
